1 General Terms & Conditions

9 Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before closing your account. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon account closure.

• Any remaining balance in a closed account will be refunded within 30 business days.

10 Dispute Resolution
